What is an Item?

An "Item" is simply a Sketchup Component which has been Forged in Compfire, and then Exported to Compfire's Library.

The library ignores all non-forged components. This is by design.

The best way to get a flying start in Compfire is to install the Starter Library. The starter library only contains pre-forged items.

When you are ready to create your own items, you can do so by %forging% them. Forging is quick and simple.
