Newer Is Better

Update will let you automatically download and install an available newer version.

At Sketchup startup, Update checks whether there is a newer version of Compfire available. If there is, Update lets your update Compfire.

Update requires an active internet connection.

Update Available

💡 Did you know? In Landshape, when there is a newer version available, you should see an asterisk (*) added after the version number in the Guide overlay.

💡 You can tell whether there is a newer version just by looking at the color of the text of the menu command "Update…". If its text is black, an update is available. If its text is grey, no update has been detected.

💡 Update… will help you update automatically. Follow the instructions, then finish by restarting Sketchup.

Update Manually

If you prefer to download and install manually, you can use one of two download sources:

• Sketchup Extension Warehouse
• Holygon Download

No older versions

Currently, older versions are not available. Compfire is frequently updated.

General Installation Support

All Holygon extensions can be installed like any standard SketchUp extension.

In essence, you download the latest Compfire rbz file from Extension Warehouse or Holygon Downloads, then install it using Sketchup's built-ib Extension Manager.
