Export Library Saves in Catalog

After editing Item metadata, remember to run Export Library. This will update the library catalog.

Editing should only be done in a staging model, and then exported. Otherwise, your item properties will not be saved to your catalog.

Edit in Batch

Many edit fields support batch edits. Try it.

Complementing the Catalog

Some users prefer to edit the catalog directly in a spreadsheet editor, like Excel or Google Spreadsheets. This can give better overview in relation to pre-existing items and their structure.

However, in other scenarious, it is convenient to set fuller item metadata at Forge. Try both, and see what works best for you.
