Sweep Draw
Draw path, and sweep terrain along it.
Useful to quickly make e.g. road embankments, without requiring geometric input
Type: Draw, ShapeMenu: Extensions > Landshape > Main > Sweep Draw
What is Sweep Draw?
Sweep Draw works very similar to Sweep.
The difference is that while Sweep expects a pre-existing edgepath as input, Sweep Draw is more interactive.
Sweep Draw enables you to manually draw the path to be swept in the tool itself. This can be useful when you need something quick.
Clone Path
You can save out your previewed Sweep path as reusable geometry. To clone it, right-click, then pick Geometrify Drawing.
Right-click for Guideplane
To help you draw in space, Sweep Draw offers a guideplane.
The Guideplane is part of Landshape's concept tools-on-space. It is also used in Grade Draw
